Returns:
Due to the customization of the products, all sales are final and no returns are accepted.
Shipping:
Unless otherwise specified, all products will be shipped regular UPS. Addresses should include a complete street address, city, state and zip. Delivery from Billings by UPS is normally 5 business days. Any need for shipment other than UPS must be specified in the order.
Fees:
Depending on the quality of the artwork provided, an additional fee for setup may be required. All fees are negotiated prior to production and shipping of the final product.
